2012 - 2013 COMMITMENT:
The commitment to the internship with encompass two Semesters:
   2012 Fall Semester:  The Spiritual Formation of a Leader (Individual Focus)
   2013 Spring Semester:  The Leader and the Church (Corporate Focus)

CANDIDATES:
Mission Upstate: Equipped is available to young men and women age 18-25 who desire to grow in their knowledge, skills, and leadership within the local church. Primarily, the target for this internship will be current college undergraduates who are pursuing some type of vocational ministry in the future: such as, pastoral ministry, missions, teaching, music and arts, or discipleship.

GOALS:
§  Instill Biblically faithful, gospel saturated DNA deep into your soul
§  Practical leadership development in the local church
§  Intentional Discipleship and Mentoring
§  Develop intellectual acumen in the areas of the gospel and the church
§  Shadowing current leaders in the field of ministry or interests to the intern
§  Growing in love and care for the local church.
§  Relational community with other young leaders passionate about loving God and building His church.
